Deepening Your Personal Practice
4 weeks series
With over 20 years experience on the mat as a yoga practitioner and teaching movement based studies christie will lead you through this educational and enlightening workshop series.
For the more experienced yogi or yogi newer to the practice wanting a deeper understanding of the finer details of the practice and how to begin to incorporate them into your own home or studio practice.
This series goes beyond basic asana, (physical postures) and takes you for an exploration of some of the deeper elements of yoga including an introduction to Pranayama ( breath and energetic work), Mudra (gestures) and Bandha (energetic locks).
Workshop classes will include a short lecture segment introducing the concepts and a conceptualized practice on your mat to pull it all together.

Intro to Yoga-A 6 weeks Series Designed to guide you from the ground up!
Brand new to yoga or wanting to refresh on some of the basics? This one’s for you! A progressive 6 week intro to yoga, working from the ground up. You’ll learn basic postural and breath work, how to modify for your own particular needs, and how to structure your practice to enhance your physical, psychological, and spiritual well being. Start where you are, with what you have, and do what you can!
