Winter Solstice Yoga Mala

Thursday, December 21, 2017, 7pm-9:30pm

*There will be no regularly scheduled classes this evening in lieu of The Mala

A Yoga Mala is a practice of 108 sun salutations traditionally done at the changing of the seasons. A Yoga Mala is a moving meditation, an opportunity to let go of anything that no longer serves you and to set new intentions to guide you in the season coming.
A strong, powerful flow practice, christie will lead you from the ground up, offering you modifications to support you in your flow.
The intention is to meditate on Peace and Love, meditating on our Mother Earth and opening to the amazing possibilities that await us this winter. A space will be provided for those wishing to take part in the practice as seated meditation practitoners and a special mantra will be offered for reflection and practice.
Refreshments served afterward to revitalize your system and get you ready to move back into the outside world.

Rock Your Rails Deeps Flow

Join Julie, to work the wobble and explore this powerful, oh-so-playful, SUP-Inspired Yoga Class! Dive deeper, with this Hatha-based flow Master Class and continue to explore the magic of karma SUPtra; the SUP-inspired indoor yoga experience. Balances, backbends, inversions (you name it!) are explored more fully in this intermediate practice. Without doubt, this playful and powerful offering, will deepen your mat practice! And…if hitting the water on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) is on your bucket list, or maybe you have done so already, you will be brilliantly prepared to explore/enhance your outdoor SUP-Yoga practice too!
